Frequently asked questions
How long is a lesson?
Regular lessons are 40 minutes. The introductory trial lesson is 15 minutes and free.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (IBAN). After paying, upload your receipt. Your credits are added once it is approved.
Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes, up to 12 hours before the lesson starts. The lesson credit is returned to your balance automatically.

All times on the site are shown in Turkey time (UTC+3).
